The programme aims to bridge the gap between academic learning and industry requirements by integrating commerce education with practical knowledge of Business Process Services. It seeks to develop students’ industry-relevant knowledge, analytical abilities, digital competencies, problem-solving skills and professional skills, preparing them for careers in business process and allied sectors. The programme also provides practical exposure through case studies, simulations, projects and real-world business situations.
The programme follows an academia–industry integrated framework combining four key components: Commerce Knowledge, Business Process Specialization, Experiential Learning and Employability Development. Students develop a strong foundation in commerce while gaining specialized knowledge of industry processes across banking, finance, insurance, capital markets, retail, market research and supply chain management.
